Free to start, with unlimited seats. Pay only for the rest.
Starting a company on AhsomO is free. You create it, you become its admin, and you invite as many colleagues as you like — every seat on the free plan costs nothing. What those seats buy is the volunteering half of AhsomO: opportunities from every organization on the platform, your own postings, and the hours your people put in.
The rest of AhsomO — the company calendar, shoutouts, the weekly game, the weekly survey, messages, company stats and goals — is on a paid plan. On a free company those features are visible but locked; clicking one says what would open it. Nothing about your volunteering changes whether you buy a plan or not.

A seat is one person with an account. Buying a plan means buying seats for the people who will use the paid features, and you can add more at any time. Below the calculator is the whole price list.
Working out your price…
| Plan | Price | Seats included | Each extra seat |
|---|
There is one rate for extra seats and it does not change with size: past the seats your plan includes, every additional person is the same price. Adding someone never changes what you pay for anyone else.
Any company can take a 14-day free trial of whichever paid plan it likes, from the Billing page. No card, nothing charged, and the whole product open from the first minute — the point is to run a real week on it with real people, which is the only way to tell whether it suits your company.
When the trial is up we ask you to buy the plan you tried. Nothing you built during it is lost while you decide, and buying earlier simply picks up where the trial leaves off. One trial per company — and when it ends unpaid, the company simply carries on with the free volunteering plan it started on.
On the yearly plan the price is charged once, up front, and then again each year. Seats beyond the ten included are billed monthly on top — so hiring in March costs you the months you actually have someone, not a year of them.
